Introduction
I run a private clinic which treats young children of various needs in Trinidad and Tobago and I am the occupational therapist at the only early intervention programme for children with Autism in Trinidad.
I also provide parent and teacher training to help advocate for the emerging field of OT in T&T. I lecture in the Master of Occupational Therapy programme at the University of the Southern Caribbean, the first and only programme in the region.
I enjoy being on the executive of the national and regional OT associations and being on the editorial board of WORK: A Journal of Prevention, Assessment and Rehabilitation. I love working with my hands and enjoy pastimes such as painting, sewing and woodworking.
