Introduction

My name is Terese Seegobin and I currently reside in the twin isles of Trinidad and Tobago, located in the lesser antilles of the West Indies.

I am a qualified Developmental & Behavioral Therapist with a Masters in Developmental Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from Walden University. I am the current President of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Walden University Chapter. In this avenue, I work along with the Golden Key Society to bring about positive social change and contribute my new found knowledge for the betterment of all.

Prior to this, I have completed a B.Sc. in Psychology (Special) at the University of the West Indies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.

A bit into my profession, I presently work with special needs school-aged children in my community and am building towards a developmental center which would help provide necessary care and education for this demographic. I am a Developmental & Behavioral Therapist that not only works with children & adolescents but also work with clients across the lifespan i.e. young adults, middle aged adults and the elderly. There are limited measures that focus on working with vulnerable populations in my country and I am honored to contribute towards this movement.

Furthermore, as the President of Golden Key IHS, Walden University Chapter, I look forward to all the opportunities that this position brings, representing this amazing organization on a global perspective and the countless ways I could uphold this title, while making a collective effort towards global development and effective change.
